When submitting our questionnaire, you may

mailing address, phone number and/or any questions
or comments regarding our tutoring services
and/or tutoring registration process. You

information helps us to more effectively respond
to your customer service requests and tutoring
inquiries)
• To gather necessary
information pertaining to a potential, or
current student's, academic assessment.

The email address you provide on our contact
questionnaire, will only be used to send you
information and updates pertaining to your
question, comment or registration inquiry.

information, unless we provide you with advanced
